ET Solutions Finishes 50 MW PV Projects in Romania

Munich/Germany - ET Solutions AG (\"ET Solutions\"), a full subsidiary of ET Solar Group, today announces that they have finished three commercial photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of 27.9 MWp in Romania for Tinmar-Ind S.A. (\"Tinmar\"), the largest independent electricity supplier and trader in Romania. Till now, PV plant projects accomplished by ET Solutions for Tinmar totaling 50 MW are completely finished and connected to grid.

For these last three plants located in Targu Carbunesti (County of Gorj) and Simnicu de Sus (Dolj county), ET Solar acted as the exclusive PV module supplier and its full subsidiary ET Solutions AG, Munich provided engineering, procurement and construction as well as construction financing. ET Solutions AG also provides complete Operations & Maintenance services to Tinmar for all six projects.

Dr. Linhui Sui, CEO of ET Solutions, commented: \"The achievement of grid connection for these three large photovoltaic plants is a result of seamless coordinated work among our teams in Munich and Bucharest. It further demonstrates that we are transferring ourselves to a global EPC company having full skills, a proven track record and highest competences when it comes to Photovoltaic power plants. We are committed to further grow our business to other global emerging markets.\"

Mr. Augustin Oancea, CEO of Tinmar, added: \"After the outstanding delivery and grid connection for the first 3 projects with 21.5 MWp from last year and early this year, we are very happy to see these three further power plants finished according to the final commissioning schedule. We are impressed by the high quality execution and on-time delivery by ET Solutions, especially with respect to the harsh winter condition here in Romania. As the window for opportunities in Photovoltaic developments in Romania is limited, the on schedule delivery as well as perfect technical condition of the plant are of outmost importance.\"

ET Solutions established ET Solutions Bucharest SRL as the Romanian subsidiary of ET Solutions in Bucharest in July 2012.
