LOSCON assigns wpd windmanager

- Operations manager takes over commercial management of wind farm Hoort

© wpd windmanager GmbH & Co. KGBremen (renewablepress) - New cooperation: For the first time, wpd windmanager GmbH & Co. KG is assuming the operational management for a wind farm of LOSCON GmbH. From now on, the operations manager will take care of the commercial management of the Hoort wind farm in the Ludwigslust/Parchim district, south of Schwerin, Germany. The wind farm operated by LOSCON went into operation in 2020 and consists of 10 Nordex N117 3600 turbines with a total output of 36 MW. "We were looking for an operations manager to provide the commercial management for our Hoort wind farm", explains Matthias Munninger, chief financial officer and joint managing director at LOSCON. "We are pleased to having found a very experienced partner in wpd windmanager."


Commercial management for six more turbines

"We already had several exchanges with LOSCON about a possible cooperation," explains Till Schorer, Director Sales at wpd windmanager." All the more pleasing that we have now come together for the first time in Hoort." In addition to the Hoort wind farm located on the A24 motorway, wpd windmanager also takes care of the commercial management of the infrastructure company. This comprises six further wind turbines, four of which are managed as a citizens' wind farm.
