Nordex-Gruppe errichtet 228-MW-Projekt für E.ON in den USA
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - E.ON hat der Nordex-Gruppe einen neuen Auftrag für ein 228-MW-Projekt in den USA erteilt.
Nordex wird den Windpark „Bruenning´s Breeze“ in Texas mit 76 Turbinen vom Typ AW125/3000 ausstatten. Die IEC-2b-Turbine mit dem 125-Meter-Rotordurchmesser ist für mittlere Windgeschwindigkeiten wie an diesem Standort ausgelegt. Die Anlagen ermöglichen E.ON, ein Projekt mit niedrigen Stromgestehungskosten zu realisieren. Der Hersteller wird die Turbinen auf 87,5 Meter hohen Stahlrohrtürmen errichten.
E.ON plant die Turbinen Ende nächsten Jahres in Betrieb zu nehmen.
