12.02.2026 | Madrid (renewablepress) - The Spanish Regional Resilience Fund, via its Alternative Lending Instrument for Sustainable Development, is committing €62 million to the Qualitas Energy Credit Fund. The operation is implemented by the European Investment Fund (EIF), part of the EIB Group, using NextGenerationEU resources.
