Deutsche Windtechnik to begin providing maintenance for Enercon wind turbines in France

14 Mar 2023 | Bremen (renewablepress) - For the first time, Deutsche Windtechnik has concluded service contracts for the maintenance of Enercon wind turbines in France. The agreements with the companies belonging to the Swiss energy supplier IWB group as well as a French energy supplier, which were signed at the beginning of this year, cover full maintenance for a total of 22 Enercon E70 turbines including large components. The 16 turbines operated by IWB are located at the three wind farms Maisnieres, Méautis-Auvers and Saucourt. The remaining six turbines belong also to a wind farm in northern France. Nordex Group receives order for 50 MW from e-wikom in Germany

14 Mar 2023 | Hamburg (renewablepress) - The Nordex Group has received an order from a project company managed by e-wikom GmbH for the supply and installation of nine turbines with a total of 50.4 MW for the Ostprignitz wind farm in Brandenburg, Germany. Service and maintenance of the turbines for 20 years is also included in the order. At the beginning of 2024 the Nordex Group is to supply eight N149/5.X turbines as well as one N133/4800 turbine, all of them with a hub height of 164 metres. 09 Mar 2023 | Kristiinankaupunki (renewablepress) - At the beginning of February, Energiequelle started construction work on the largest Energiequelle wind farm in Finland to date. The Mikonkeidas wind farm is being built in Kristiinankaupunki, on the west coast of Finland. The infrastructure is currently being expanded and the foundations are being built. The final installation of the 16 type SG 6.6-170 wind energy turbines, each with a hub height of 145 metres and a rated output of up to 6.6 MW, is planned for 2024. According to these preliminary results, the Company generated consolidated sales of EUR 5.7 billion (previous year: EUR 5.4 billion) and reached the upper end of the guidance range of EUR 5.2 to 5.7 billion. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to minus EUR 244 million (previous year: EUR 53 million) which corresponds to an EBITDA margin of minus 4.3 percent (previous year: 1.0 percent). 01 Mar 2023 | Hamburg (renewablepress) - The Nordex Group has received two orders for a total of 109.3 MW in Sweden and Finland from its regular customer wpd. The Nordex Group is supplying ten N163/6.X turbines for the Tomasliden wind farm in Sweden. For the Finnish "Oulainen" project wpd placed an order with the Nordex Group for the delivery of seven N163/5.X turbines. Both orders also include a premium service contract for the maintenance of the turbines for 15 years with an extension option for a further five years.
