He succeeds Marc van’t Noordende, who stepped down from the Supervisory Board with effect from 29 July 2025. 10 Dec 2025 | Frankfurt am Main (renewablepress) - Deutsche WindXperts GmbH has entered into a sales agreement with Exus Renewables regarding an onshore wind project, a 69 MW ready-to-build (RTB) development located in Harsewinkel, North-Rhine Westphalia. The project comprises twelve Enercon wind turbines, including seven E-175 EP5 turbines and five E-138 EP3 wind turbine generators. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2026, with commercial operation anticipated in 2028. Capcora acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to Deutsche WindXperts GmbH (DWXP). 09 Dec 2025 | Arnsberg/Dresden (renewablepress) - Wind farm developer VSB has announced the start of construction for the Arnsberg/Oeventrop wind farm in North Rhine-Westphalia. Since early November, site preparation has been underway for three wind turbines to be erected on forestry land. Commissioning of the 18-megawatt (MW) wind farm is scheduled for spring 2027. Covering approximately 27 hectares in the Hochsauerland district, the Arnsberg/Oeventrop Wind Farm will consist of three Vestas V150 turbines. Nordex Group receives orders for 102 MW in France and Belgium

09 Dec 2025 | Hamburg (renewablepress) - The Nordex Group has won new contracts in France and Belgium, covering the delivery and installation of 28 wind turbines for seven wind farms. The orders for different turbine types comprise a total capacity of 102 MW. Each contract includes a multi-year service and maintenance agreement to ensure long-term turbine performance and reliability. The names of the customers and the wind farms are not disclosed. 03 Dec 2025 | Frankfurt am Main (renewablepress) - WBS Power GmbH today announced the sale of Project Jupiter, a flagship infrastructure development in Germany, to Prime Capital AG, acting on behalf of its Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund II S.A., SICAV-RAIF (PGEIF II). Project Jupiter includes a 500 MW / 2,000 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and up to 150 MWp of solar PV on a former airfield, making it the largest co-located PV and BESS project currently planned in Germany. The order also includes a Premium Service contract for up to 15 years, ensuring long-term operational reliability and optimized performance for the wind farm.
