Obton secures subordinated debt facility for 30.4 MWp PV Portfolio in France

03 Jun 2020 | Frankfurt am Main (renewablepress) - Denmark based Obton A/S (“Obton”) secured a mezzanine-type HoldCo debt facility in an amount of 8 million Euros for PV assets owned by funds under management. The facility with a tenor of 15 years was granted by a UK based infrastructure debt fund. Obton has been advised by Germany based consulting firm Capcora who acted as sole financial advisor in this deal. Obton raised junior debt for one of its solar PV participations in France. The financing with a maturity date in 2035 was structured in a bond format. Nordex Group posts Brazil order for 90 MW

03 Jun 2020 | Hamburg (renewablepress) - The Nordex Group has received an order from its new customer, COPEL - Companhia Paranaense de Energia, for the supply and construction of 26 AW132/3465 turbines in Brazil. The order also includes the Servicing of the machines, with a contract term of 20 years. The 90 MW wind farm “Jandaíra Copel” will be built in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, near the city of Jandaíra in eastern Brazil. The Nordex Group will manufacture the 26 turbines at its production facility in Simões Filho. 28 May 2020 | - Wind farm to be set up on recultivated land of a former open cast lignite mining site, Garzweiler Hamburg (renewablepress) - innogy SE has commissioned the Nordex Group to equip the “Jüchen A44n” wind farm with six N149/4.0-4.5 turbines, all with hub heights of 164 metres. The “Jüchen A44n” wind farm will be built next to the A44 motorway on around 90 hectares of recultivated land formerly used by the Garzweiler open cast lignite mining site, located to the south of the town of Jüchen in North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany. The Nordex Group to equip Vattenfall's 240 MW South Kyle wind farm in Scotland

18 May 2020 | Hamburg (renewablepress) - The Nordex Group will be the supplier for Vattenfall’s largest onshore wind farm in the UK. The 240 MW South Kyle wind farm in Scotland will consist of 50 N133/4.8 strong-wind turbines, and the Group will maintain the machines on the basis of a Premium Service Contract with a term of 10 years. Service contracts have been signed for 110 additional turbines at 32 wind farms since the beginning of the year, ranging from type MM92 to type 6.2M.
