Nordex N133/4.8 für Starkwindstandorte geht an den Start
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Group erweitert die im Herbst 2017 eingeführte Delta4000-Produktserie um eine speziell für Starkwindstandorte ausgelegte Turbine: die N133/4.8.
Für die N133/4.8 hat die Nordex Group das Rotorblatt ihrer bewährten N131-Turbine auf die Delta4000 Produktserie übertragen. Durch die Kombination des Rotorblattes mit der Nabe und dem Maschinenhaus der N149/4.0-4.5 der Delta4000 Produktserie vergrößert sich der Rotordurchmesser auf 133 Meter. Um die hohen Windgeschwindigkeiten optimal auszunutzen, hat Nordex die Maximalleistung auf 4.8 MW erhöht. Im Vergleich zum für Starkwindorte optimierten Vorgängermodell N100/3300 ergibt sich für die N133/4.8 damit ein Mehrertrag von bis zu 39%. Mit der Starkwindturbine setzt Nordex damit sowohl mit dem Rotordurchmesser als auch mit der Maximalleistung neue Maßstäbe im Starkwindsegment.
Die technischen Innovationen der N149/4.0-4.5, wie ein verbessertes Wartungskonzept, eine mobile Kranlösung und ein effizienteres elektrisches System, werden auch in der neuen N133/4.8 eingesetzt, um die Stromgestehungskosten signifikant zu senken.
Analog zur N149/4.0-4.5 werden auch bei der N133/4.8 besonders niedrige Schallleistungspegel erzielt. Ausgestattet mit Serrations beträgt der Schallpegel der N133/4.8 bei maximaler Leistung 106 dB(A), der je nach Bedarf und Standort durch zahlreiche Betriebsmodi bis auf 98 dB(A) gesenkt werden kann. Die vollständig flexible Steuerung kann auch auf Besonderheiten wie Feiertage oder bestimmte Tageszeiten angepasst werden.
Nabenhöhen von 78, 83 und 110 Meter stellen sicher, dass strikte Höhenbeschränkungen eingehalten werden können. Selbst unter komplexen Standortbedingungen und Höhenbeschränkungen von 145 Meter kann die N133/4.8 somit effizient und sicher betrieben werden.
Die N133/4.8 eignet sich besonders für windstarke Regionen in Nordwesteuropa wie Großbritannien und Norwegen, sowie Standorte mit hohen Windgeschwindigkeiten in der Türkei, Australien, Mittel- und Südamerika.
Der Start der Serienproduktion der N133/4.8 ist für 2019 vorgesehen.
