ARISTOTELES, the IoT platform by Kaiserwetter, embraced by IST3 INFRASTRUKTUR GLOBAL
• IST3 INFRASTRUKTUR GLOBAL (IST3 IG), the discretionary private infrastructure equity vehicle of IST3 Investment Foundation and one of the leading Swiss infrastructure funds, has decided to rely on ARISTOTELES as an integrative IoT platform for maximizing return and minimizing risk of its portfolio.
• ARISTOTELES will cover all of IST IG’s direct investments in energy generation with the full technical and financial functionalities of the platform. In addition to that, all other infrastructure investments will be part of the financial portfolio management within ARISTOTELES
Hamburg / Zurich (renewablepress) - Kaiserwetter Energy Asset Management GmbH (Kaiserwetter) has signed an agreement for the use of its IoT platform ARISTOTELES with Swiss based IST3 Investment Foundation.
ARISTOTELES will allow IST3 IG to maximize the performance of its investment portfolio through an integrated platform giving an immediate insight on asset performance over the entire investment cycle. Smart Data Analytics combined with algorithm-based functions of Predictive Simulation give IST3 IG the tools to achieve high level of transparency on actual asset performance and identify any gaps at an early stage. ARISTOTELES aggregates technical, meteorological and especially financial data to provide a structured data basis. It relies on implemented algorithms to offer a large variety of information that will help maximize asset performance.
Hanno Schoklitsch, CEO and Founder of Kaiserwetter, commented on the signing of the contract: "We are very happy that IST3 IG has decided to rely on our digital innovations and for maximizing asset performance via a new approach. ARISTOTELES and its integrated functions for Smart Data Analytics and Predictive Analytics consistently highlight the amazing possibilities inherent to the use of data and its transported information," he said.
The CEO of the IST3 IG, Markus Anliker, added: “There is nothing more valuable than monitoring how investment assets are performing in real time. ARISTOTELES extracts the data that we need to analyze performance and remotely control a global portfolio with dispersed assets.”
ARISTOTELES, which uses the performance of SAP IoT Leonardo, is an Internet of Things (IoT) platform that allows investment funds, infrastructure funds, banking institutions and energy companies to manage the technical and financial performance of renewable energy and other infrastructure portfolios.
The services of ARISTOTELES are defined as Data as a Service (DaaS) and therefore the use of ARISTOTELES does not require any intervention in the customer's existing IT infrastructure.
