Nordex Group erhält Auftrag für 923 MW in Australien von Acciona Energía für Windpark MacIntyre
• Erster fester Auftragseingang über 923 MW aus den am 14. Juni 2021 bekanntgegebenen Vertragsverhandlungen über ca. 1 GW aus Australien bestätigt

Juni 2021 im Wege der ad-hoc Mitteilung veröffentlichten potentiellen Aufträgen über 1 GW aus Australien den Auftrag für das erste Projekt „MacIntyre“ über 923 MW als festen Auftragseingang zum Juli 2021 bestätigen. Die Tochtergesellschaft ihres Kunden Acciona Energía, Acciona Energía Australia Global PTY LTD, hat 162 Turbinen des Typs Nordex N163/5.X der Delta4000-Baureihe bestellt.
Der Windparkkomplex südwestlich von Warwick im australischen Bundesstaat Queensland besteht aus den Projekten „MacIntyre“ mit einer Leistung von ca. 923 MW sowie dem Windpark „Karara“ mit ca. 102,6 MW. Die Gesamtleistung beider Windparks beträgt 1.026 MW, wovon jetzt für „MacIntyre“ der Turbinenauftrag erteilt wurde.
Die N163-Turbinen liefert die Nordex Group im Betriebsmodus von 5,7 MW und sie werden auf Stahlrohrtürmen mit 148 Meter Nabenhöhe errichtet.

Die Nordex Group hat in der Vergangenheit bereits Turbinen für die Windparks Mt Gellibrand (132 MW) und Mortlake South (1575 MW) nach Australien geliefert.

Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
