UKA und Nordex intensivieren ihre Zusammenarbeit

MertensMeißen/Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - UKA, einer der Top-3 Windparkentwickler Deutschlands, und die Nordex Group, einer der größten Hersteller von Windenergieanlagen weltweit, setzen ihre erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit durch die Verlängerung ihres Rahmenvertrages um weitere zwei Jahre fort. Die Kooperation umfasst derzeit ein Volumen von 80 Windenergieanlagen, was einer Leistung von etwa 500 Megawatt entspricht.
„In dem aktuell schwierigen Umfeld schätzen wir das partnerschaftliche Verhalten von Nordex, was derzeit leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist, sehr. Aufgrund der sehr guten Zusammenarbeit mit Nordex haben wir uns entschieden, diese Partnerschaft auszubauen. Wir freuen uns darauf, in den nächsten Jahren eine Vielzahl von Projekten mit Nordex umzusetzen“, so Gernot Gauglitz, Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von UKA. Auch Karsten Brüggemann, Vice President Region Central der Nordex Group, freut sich auf die Fortsetzung der Partnerschaft: Er sagt: „UKA hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren in der Spitzengruppe der deutschen Windparkentwickler etabliert. Durch die Kooperation stärken auch wir unsere Position als einer der führenden Turbinenlieferanten in unserem deutschen Heimatmarkt.“ Die Maschinenhäuser der Turbinen fertigt die Nordex Group an ihrem Produktionsstandort in Rostock.
Die ersten Bestellungen über ein Volumen von 100 Megawatt wurden bereits unter dem neuen Rahmenvertrag ausgelöst und sollen in 2023 in Betrieb gehen.

Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 6,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Markt-anforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind
