ABO Wind verkauft Windparks mit 83 Megawatt Leistung

Wiesbaden (iwr-pressedienst) - Die ABO Wind AG hat neun Windparks mit insgesamt 83 Megawatt Leistung und einem Investitionsvolumen von rund 110 Millionen Euro an einen angelsächsischen Finanzinvestor verkauft. Die deutschen und französischen Windparks sind Teil eines Projektpaketes das mehrere deutsche Planungsunternehmen gemeinsam zusammengestellt haben. Die Finanzierung arrangiert hat die Hypovereinsbank, die so 39 Windparks mit insgesamt ca. 330 Megawatt zu einem der größten Portfolien der westeuropäischen Windkraftbranche zusammenschnüren konnte. Der (im klassischen Sinne) Fremdkapitalanteil der Transaktion wird ebenfalls durch die Hypovereinsbank als Anleihe auf den Markt gebracht. Das Eigenkapital hat ein anglo-amerikanischer Finanzinvestor bereitgestellt. Die einzelnen Windparks stammen von verschiedenen Planern, ABO Wind hat jedoch den größten Teil beigesteuert.
Die Hauptvorteile des Paketgeschäftes liegen in den deutlich kleineren Unsicherheiten eines Portfolios im Vergleich zu einem einzelnen Projekt. Hinzu kommt ein Mehrwert aus der ausgefeilten und länger als übliche Bankkredite laufenden Finanzierung. Diese Vorteile ermöglichen sowohl dem Investor als auch dem Projektentwickler bessere Ergebnisse.
„Der Verkauf von Projekten in diesem Umfang zeigt, daß sich die deutsche Windkraftbranche konsolidiert und international erfahrene Planer gute Abschlüsse erzielen können. Denn institutionelle Anleger haben die Vorteile der Windkraft erkannt und sehen sie unter Risikoaspekten als ideale Ergänzung ihrer sonstigen Investitionen.“, so Dr. Jochen Ahn, Vorstand der ABO Wind AG.
Zur Zeit ist bereits mehr als die Hälfte der von ABO Wind verkauften Windparks in Betrieb. Der Bau der verbleibenden 35 Megawatt hat begonnen und wird noch 2006 zu Ende geführt. Als Ergebnis wird ABO Wind im Jahr 2006 die Zahl der in Betrieb genommenen Anlagen gegenüber ihrem früheren Schnitt von rund 30 Megawatt pro Jahr in etwa verdoppeln.
Die Strategie, das Unternehmen überwiegend auf Windkraft im In- und Ausland auszurichten, und bis auf Bioenergie keine weiteren Geschäftsfelder zu eröffnen, hat sich damit aus heutiger Sicht bestätigt. Mit den Erfahrungen aus diesem Abschluß und der guten internationalen Verankerung sind die Aussichten der ABO Wind AG sehr gut. Schon jetzt ist abzusehen, daß die genannten erfolgreichen Verkäufe den Umsatz und Gewinn der Jahre 2006 und 2007 werden wachsen lassen.
