Phoenix Solar AG raises the delivery volume of thin-film modules to 396 megawatt under the framework agreement with First Solar

Sulzemoos - Phoenix Solar AG has raised the delivery volume of thin-film modules under the existing framework agreement with Mainz-based thin-film supplier First Solar GmbH. In addition to deliveries already agreed, which come to 273 megawatts, First Solar will deliver more solar modules with a total peak power of 123 megawatts over the years from 2008 up until 2012. Phoenix Solar AG has thus secured the further growth of the company through the supply of 396 megawatts by the leading manufacturer of thin-film modules.
