adhoc news: Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy increases turnover and EBIT in first nine months of 2007

Hamburg - Based on preliminary figures, Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG could increase turnover and yield considerably compared to the same period of previous year. The company increased turnover in the first 9 months of the quarter to 51.3 million euro. This corresponds to an increase of 12.5 million euro or 32.2 per cent compared to 2006. The preliminary EBIT is at 1.5 million euro (previous year’s period: -3.8 Mio. euro). It includes a.o. increased legal and consulting fees due to the realignment as well as costs for the expansion of the German sales force. Net profit of the period is at 0.8 million euro (2006: -2.7 Mio. euro).

The Executive Boards keeps to the guidance (75 million euro turnover, 5 million euro EBIT) for the current business year due to the high order book and the pipeline for further major projects in the fourth quarter. For the coming business year 2008, the Executive Boards expects turnover to continue to increase by more than 30 per cent to more than 100 million euro with an EBIT margin between 5 and 7 per cent.
