renergys commences construction for its first French project

Zurich - renergys, the wind energy developer, owner and operator, has completed Financial close for its French project, located close to Caen.

"We look forward to completing construction of this project, the first of our pipeline in France" said Mark Jones, renergys’ CEO

This project confirms the strength of renergys’ operating model in France, said Michael Ratajczyk, renergys’ country representative for France.

Enercon will supply its E70 turbines in August, and the construction phase should be finished successfully after the test phase in autumn.

Currently renergys has several key projects in France, which are in the development phase at present. These 100 MW strengthens the role of renergys and their European pipeline.
