Nordex-Gründer geht in den Aufsichtsrat
- Lars Bondo Krogsgaard in den Vorstand berufen
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Carsten Pedersen, der Gründer und langjährige Vertriebsvorstand der Nordex SE, wechselt in den Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft. Zuvor hatte Kai Brandes sein Amt im Kontrollorgan der Gesellschaft niedergelegt. Kai Brandes ist geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH, die ihre Beteiligung an der Nordex SE im Frühjahr 2010 veräußert hat.Carsten Pedersen war zuletzt Vertriebsvorstand der Nordex SE und wechselt nach 25 Jahren operativer Tätigkeit in den Aufsichtsrat. Nordex und den Großaktionären der Gesellschaft war es wichtig, die besonderen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen von Herrn Pedersen für das Unternehmen zu sichern.
Die Nachfolge von Carsten Pedersen wird Lars Bondo Krogsgaard (44) zum 1. Oktober antreten und damit die Verantwortung für den Vertrieb und das Projektmanagement der Gruppe übernehmen. Der international ausgebildete Jurist verfügt über umfangreiche Management-Erfahrungen in der Energiewirtschaft. Zuletzt war er bei Siemens Wind Power für den Vertrieb und das Projektmanagement in der Region Europa/Afrika zuständig. Davor war er kaufmännischer Leiter im Bereich "Renewables" von Dong Energy, dem größten dänischen Energieversorger. Richterich: "Lars Krogsgaard ist der ideale Nachfolger im Vertrieb und wird unsere Position im Markt weiter stärken".
