bioenergy systems to extend board of management - Involvement of Bernhard Kirchhoff planned

LA Waalre - Bioenergy systems, a company specialized in energy production through use of biogenic residues, plans to enlarge its top management team as further measure to keep up with the company’s accelerated healthy growth. At the next shareholders‘ general meeting in forthcoming July the course is to be set to introduce Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Kirchhoff as second executive board member.

Up to now Mr. Kirchhoff has been consulter for bioenergy systems. Over the past decades he has worked as leading manager in project management, as executive manager, executive director, advisor and as a member of the board of directors. Bernhard Kirchhoff will introduce his experience in development of business companies he has gathered for many years. As a former member of the board of a DAX-Enterprise he comes with excellent contacts. His own consulting company is responsible for increase of efficiency and establishment on the market for numerous other companies since 1998.

In his new field of work for bioenergy systems, the businessman located in Düsseldorf plans to especially focus on integration and development of additional business areas: \"The strategic direction of bioenergy systems is focused on modern, field tested technologies for efficient use of energy as well as on introduction of adequate, environment-optimized facilities for energy production from regenerative sources.
