ABE Kunze Engineering GmbH receives accreditation for certificates in the area of renewable energy power plants for wind, photovoltaic and combustion engine

Barsbüttel - On August 11th ABE Kunze Engineering GmbH was accredited for certification of electrical property of power plant related to grid integration and German system Service Ordinance (SDL) accordingly DIN EN 45011 by the German Accreditation Body (Deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH, short form DAkkS). With this Third party verification of the ABE certification body quality on its highest level regarding normative and legal requirements and independence of each certification decision is guaranteed. With this approval ABE Kunze Engineering GmbH adds their contribution to the development of renewable energy as they are one of currently four accredited certification bodies who can issue park certificates based on the German system Service Ordinance (SDL), Technical Guide 8 and grid connection guidelines.

At the time of commissioning date such a certificate is required for wind parks, which feed in energy into the public grid after 2011/04/01. Also for bigger photovoltaic parks the proof of electrical property with such a certificate is necessary since 2011/04/01. This certificate provides a basis for receiving the payment according Renewable Energy Law (German short form: EEG) and for wind projects additionally the bonus according German system Service Ordinance (SDL).
