TÜV Nord zertifiziert neue Offshore-Turbine von Nordex
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Entwicklung der neuen Nordex Offshore-Turbine N150/6000 schreitet planmäßig voran. Jetzt hat Nordex den Prüfdienstleister TÜV Nord mit der Typen-Zertifizierung seiner Anlage beauftragt. Diese Zertifizierung ist Voraussetzung für die Genehmigung, die Windenergieanlage auf hoher See zu errichten. Darüber hinaus zeigt sie Käufern die Qualität der Anlage. Der erste Schritt in der Typenzertifizierung ist die Designprüfung. Dabei rechnen die Fachleute von TÜV Nord die von Nordex vorgenommenen Auslegungen noch einmal kritisch durch. Teilweise werden die Komponenten außerdem im Prüfstand getestet.
Mit der Fertigstellung eines Prototypen folgt dann im kommenden Jahr der so genannte Typentest. Nordex wird seine Turbine im dänischen Offshore-Testzentrum in Osterild errichten. Der Zertifizierer bewertet anhand der Messberichte, ob die Anlage den Belastungen standhält und die berechnete Leistung bringt.
Letzter Teil der Typen-Zertifizierung ist die Überwachung der Produktion. Hier prüft TÜV Nord bei Nordex und Zulieferern, ob die Auslegung der Anlage den Vorlagen entspricht und die Qualität stimmt.
"Eine anspruchsvolle Zertifizierung", bestätigt TÜV Nord-Projektleiter Christian Hering. "Mit einer Leistung von sechs Megawatt und einem Rotordurchmesser von 150 Metern gehört die Turbine zu den größten und effizientesten im Offshore-Markt. Das bedeutet, wir prüfen sehr große Bauteile und begutachten Sonderlösungen, die eigens dafür entwickelt wurden."
Nordex engagiert sich verstärkt im Offshore-Bereich: Neben der Entwicklung der speziell für den Offshore-Einsatz ausgelegten Anlagen und dem Aufbau eines Geschäftsbereichs "Offshore", hat sich Nordex mit rund 40% an der Projektgesellschaft zur Entwicklung des Offshore Windparks "Arcadis Ost 1" beteiligt. Der geplante Standort befindet sich innerhalb der 12-Seemeilen-Zone in der deutschen Ostsee, 17 Kilometer nordöstlich von Rügen und soll ab 2014 in Bau gehen.
