Frank M. Esslinger Joins Mummert & Company as Managing Partner of its London office

Munich - Mummert & Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Frank M. Esslinger is joining as Managing Partner and Director of its new London office. He will be responsible for the structured finance and debt advisory practice on a global basis. Mr. Esslinger builds on 14 years of international investment banking experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Over the years he has worked closely with corporations, hedge funds, private equity firms, pension funds, capital asset managers and other institutional investors.

Mr. Esslinger will continue his long-standing work advising middle market companies and industrial clients, particularly in the areas of growth capital, re-financings, capital restructuring and capital structure optimisation.

Mr. Esslinger is joining Mummert & Company from Ethos Partners in London where he was the Managing Director. There he advised on many innovative and industry-leading corporate finance and renewable energy transactions. Mr. Esslinger started his career at Deloitte & Touche in Düsseldorf, followed by time in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan in London.

Mr. Esslinger graduated with a degree in Business Administration/Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany. He earned a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris and Stockholm School of Economics.
