Nordex will in 2014 weiter wachsen und sein Ergebnis verbessern
• Vorstand bestätigt Sprung in die Gewinnzone
• Positiver freier Cashflow von EUR 23,8 Mio.
• Marktanteil in Kernregion EMEA auf rund 11% verdoppelt
• Ausblick 2014: Umsatz soll auf bis zu EUR 1,5 Mrd. steigen und EBIT-Marge auf 3,5 bis 4,5%
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Auf Basis des jetzt vorliegenden geprüften Konzernabschlusses bestätigt Nordex (ISIN: DE000A0D6554) seine im Februar gemeldeten Eckdaten zum Geschäftsjahr 2013. Danach ist die Unternehmensgruppe im Umsatz um rund 33 Prozent auf EUR 1.429,3 Mio. (Vorjahr: EUR 1.075,3 Mio.) gewachsen und hat seine Umsatzrendite auf 3,1 Prozent erhöht. Der Konzerngewinn nach Zinsen und Steuern erreichte EUR 10,3 Mio. Dem stand im Vorjahr noch ein Verlust von EUR 94,4 Mio. gegenüber, der wesentlich auf die strategische Neuausrichtung der Gruppe zurückging.
Die Bruttomarge stieg im Jahr 2013 von 21,4 Prozent auf das geplante Niveau von 22,6 Prozent. Ursächlich für diese deutliche Verbesserung waren operative Maßnahmen wie Materialkostensenkungen um durchschnittlich etwa EUR 100.000 je Turbine, profitablere Aufträge mit neuen Produkten und eine professionellere Abwicklung von Projekten.
Diese Entwicklung war besonders erfreulich, weil Nordex seine Produktions- und Errichtungsleistung zeitgleich auf ein Rekordniveau gehoben hat. So stieg die Leistung in der Turbinenmontage um 48 Prozent auf 1.342 MW und die Installation neuer Windturbinen um 36 Prozent auf 1.254 MW. Damit ist Nordex gegen den Trend der Industrie gewachsen und verdoppelte seinen Marktanteil in der Kernregion EMEA auf fast elf Prozent. Zudem errichtete Nordex erstmals Anlagen in Südafrika und Uruguay. Weltweit zählt Nordex damit wieder zu den zehn größten Herstellern von Onshore-Windturbinen.
Für das laufende Jahr erwartet der Vorstand ein Umsatzwachstum auf bis zu EUR 1,5 Mrd., das durch den Auftragsbestand fast vollständig gedeckt ist. „Unsere Wachstumsperspektiven schätze ich positiv ein, so gehen wir für das Jahr 2014 von einem Auftragseingang in Höhe von bis zu EUR 1,6 Mrd. aus. Zentraler als das Geschäftsvolumen ist für uns jedoch, dass wir unsere Ergebnisqualität kontinuierlich verbessern. Im Jahr 2014 streben wir eine EBIT-Marge zwischen 3,5 und 4,5 Prozent an. Maßgeblich hierfür sind weitere Fortschritte bei unserem Kostensenkungsprogramm `CORE 15` und der Serienanlauf unserer neuen Produktplattform Delta“, so CEO Dr. Jürgen Zeschky.
Zudem erwartet der Vorstand durch die kürzlich erfolgreich abgeschlossene Refinanzierung eine Entlastung des Zinsaufwands und folglich positive Effekte auf den Konzernüberschuss. Weiterhin strebt Nordex das dritte Jahr in Folge einen positiven Operativen Cashflow (2013: EUR 98,1 Mio.) an. Der freie Cashflow lag im Berichtjahr bei EUR 23,8 Mio.
Insgesamt wies Nordex zum Bilanzstichtag 31.12.2013 eine deutlich gestärkte Bilanz aus: Die Eigenkapitalquote betrug 30,9 Prozent (31.12.2012: 26,2%) und die Nettoliquidität stieg auf EUR 119,4 Mio. (31.12.2012: EUR 29,6 Mio.).
