Nordex setzt sich mit N117 in Italien durch
- Neuer Lieferauftrag über 29-MW-Park vereinbart
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Nordex hat jetzt den Auftrag für das Projekt „Melfi I“ erhalten. Der Vertrag umfasst die Lieferung und Errichtung von insgesamt zehn Multi-MW-Turbinen sowie ihren Premium-Service über eine Laufzeit von mindestens 15 Jahren. Im Frühling 2015 wird Nordex acht Anlagen vom Typ N117/3000 und zwei der Baureihe N117/2400 in Süditalien errichten.
Am Standort in der Region Basilikata herrschen mittlere Windbedingungen. Deshalb wurde das Projekt mit Anlagen geplant, die mit einem überdurchschnittlich großen Rotor ausgestattet sind und auf einen hohen Kapazitätsfaktor kommen. So nutzt der Park die vorhandene Windenergie möglichst effizient. Kunde des Projekts ist die deutsche WSB Gruppe. Entwickelt und gebaut wird der 29-Megawatt-Windpark von ihrer italienischen Tochtergesellschaft VSB energia verde S.R.L. mit Sitz in Genua.
„Für die WSB-Gruppe haben wir in der Vergangenheit schon Projekte realisiert und freuen uns über das Nachfolgegeschäft. Das zeigt, Leistung und Produkt stimmen. Zudem stellt dieser Auftrag unter Beweis, dass wir auch unter den veränderten Marktbedingungen in Italien wettbewerbsfähig sind“, so Nordex-Vorstand Lars Bondo Krogsgaard. Den Zuschlag für das Projekt hat VSB in der ersten Auktionsrunde in Italien erhalten.

Weltweit ist das Unternehmen in 22 Ländern mit Büros und Tochtergesellschaften vertreten. Derzeit beschäftigt die Gruppe weltweit mehr als 2.700 Mitarbeiter.
