Quartalsmitteilung: Nordex SE verbessert Profitabilität und Ergebnis
- Bruttomarge auf 25,1 % gestiegen
- EBITDA um knapp 57 % auf über EUR 59 Mio. gesteigert
- Konzerngewinn in Höhe von EUR 25,5 Mio.
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Basierend auf deutlich gestiegenen Produktions- und Installationszahlen ist Nordex SE (ISIN: DE000A0D6554) mit einem starken Umsatzwachstum in das Jahr 2016 gestartet. Der Umsatz stieg um 28,3 % auf EUR 637,0 Mio. (1. Quartal 2015: EUR 496,5 Mio.).Deutlich stärker haben die weiteren finanziellen Leistungsindikatoren zugelegt. Dank einer Bruttomarge in Höhe von 25,1 % (1. Quartal 2015: 22,0 %) zog die Profitabilität, gemessen in EBITDA, um knapp 57 % auf EUR 59,1 Mio. (1. Quartal 2015: EUR 37,7 Mio.) an. Dies entspricht einer um 1,7-Prozentpunkte verbesserten EBITDA-Marge in Höhe von 9,3 % (1. Quartal 2015: 7,6 %). Die Ergebnismarge vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) betrug 7,1 % (1. Quartal 2015: 5,0 %).
Der Konzerngewinn stieg um über 72 % auf EUR 25,5 Mio. (1. Quartal 2015: EUR 14,8 Mio.) und der Gewinn pro Aktie auf EUR 0,31 (1. Quartal 2015: EUR 0,18 pro Aktie).
Die Working Capital-Quote lag mit 0,7 % über dem Niveau des Vorjahres (1. Quartal 2015: -4,8 %), blieb jedoch deutlich unter dem Zielwert von < 5 %. Die Eigenkapitalquote lag gegenüber dem Vergleichszeitraum des Vorjahres unverändert bei 31,2 %.
"Wir sind schwungvoll in das Jahr gestartet und gehen nun mit einer guten Grundlage in die Integrationsphase mit der Acciona Windpower", sagte Finanzvorstand Bernard Schäferbarthold.
Den ersten konsolidierten Bericht inklusive der Aktivitäten der spanischen Tochtergesellschaft Acciona Windpower (AWP), mit der sich die Nordex-Gruppe im April 2016 zusammengeschlossen hatte, wird das Unternehmen am 28. Juli 2016 vorlegen.
