Nordex-Gruppe verkauft erstmals AW-Turbinen in Frankreich
- Hersteller errichtet 11,5-MW-Windpark für Valorem in Charente-Maritime
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex-Gruppe hat einen neuen Auftrag für die Errichtung eines 11,5-MW-Windparks in Frankreich erhalten. Der Park wurde von dem französischen Kraftwerksbetreiber Valorem entwickelt und ist seit dem Zusammenschluss das erste Projekt für Nordex, bei dem in Frankreich die AW-Technologie zum Einsatz kommt.Während Nordex in den vergangenen gut 15 Jahren mehr als 1,5 GW in Frankreich errichtet hat, ist die AW-Technologie in diesem Markt mit 39 MW nur geringfügig vertreten. „Das Projekt ‚Aunis‘ zeigt, wie gut sich unsere beiden Unternehmensseiten ergänzen und wie wir aus dem Zusammenschluss profitieren. In Frankreich, wo Nordex deutlich präsenter ist als Acciona Windpower, gibt es wegen des eher langwierigen Genehmigungsverfahrens nach wie vor Bedarf an Turbinen mit kleineren Rotoren“, sagt Patxi Landa, Vertriebsvorstand der Nordex-Gruppe.
Nordex liefert neun AW82/1500 für den Windpark „Aunis“, dessen Standort im Departement Charente-Maritime im Westen Frankreichs liegt. Die Anlagen für mittlere Windgeschwindigkeiten werden dort auf 80 Meter hohen Stahlrohrtürmen installiert. Der Kunde Valorem, ein Kraftwerksbetreiber mit Hauptsitz in Begles Cedex, konzentriert sich ausschließlich auf erneuerbare Energiequellen und hat weltweit Windparkprojekte mit einer Kapazität von 800 MW realisiert.
In Partnerschaft mit Valemo, der Betriebs- und Wartungsniederlassung von Valorem, wird Nordex im Rahmen eines Premium-Vertrags mit 15 Jahren Laufzeit auch den Service der Anlagen übernehmen.
Die Nordex-Gruppe im Profil
Die Gruppe hat rund 20 GW Windenergieleistung in über 25 Märkten installiert. Nordex und Acciona Windpower erzielten im Jahr 2015 einen kombinierten Umsatz von EUR 3,4 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit rund 5.000 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA und Indien. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 1,5- bis 3,6-MW-Klasse, die auf Marktanforderungen in entwickelten Märkten und Schwellenländern ausgelegt sind.
