Nordex wächst in Deutschland und baut Marktanteil aus
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Im Jahr 2016 hat die Nordex-Gruppe erneut deutlich mehr Windturbinen in seinem Heimatmarkt errichtet, konkret waren dies 267 Anlagen (2015: 176). Mit diesem Zuwachs um rund 50% lag der Hersteller leicht über seinem internen Plan. Gleichzeitig stieg die Kapazität dieser Anlagen, sodass die installierte Leistung im Jahresvergleich mit 58% auf 691 MW (2015: 437 MW) noch stärker zulegte. Die durchschnittliche Kapazität je Windenergieanlage erhöhte sich auf rund 2,6 MW (2015: 2,5).
Mit dieser Leistung entwickelte sich Nordex stärker als die Industrie insgesamt, deren Zubau sich um rund 24% auf 4.625 MW (2015: 3.730 MW) erhöhte. Entsprechend stieg der Marktanteil von Nordex auf rund 15% (2015: 12%). Hintergrund für die gute Marktentwicklung war die zum Jahreswechsel erfolgte Umstellung des Vergütungssystems auf ein Ausschreibungsmodell für neu zu genehmigende Projekte.
Nordex profitierte insbesondere von seiner starken Position bei effizienten Anlagen für den Einsatz in schwächeren Windregionen (IEC3). So errichtete das Unternehmen gut 40% seiner Turbinen in den vier süddeutschen Bundesländern Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland. Zudem verdoppelte sich der Anteil der neueren 3-MW-Plattform auf über 25% (2015: 12%).
„Im laufenden Jahr werden wir unseren Rekord bei den Installationen erneut übertreffen. Dafür spricht das starke Neugeschäft in 2016“, so Jörg Hempel, der für Nordex in Deutschland verantwortlich ist. Im vergangenen Jahr hat Nordex seinen Auftragseingang in Deutschland um etwa 28% auf 1,17 Mrd. Euro erhöht.

Die Nordex-Gruppe im Profil
Die Gruppe hat rund 20 GW Windenergieleistung in über 25 Märkten installiert. Nordex und Acciona Windpower erzielten im Jahr 2015 einen kombinierten Umsatz von EUR 3,4 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit mehr als 5.000 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA und in Indien. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 1,5- bis 3,6-MW-Klasse, die auf Marktanforderungen in entwickelten Märkten und Schwellenländern spezifiziert sind.
