Nordex erweitert Anlagenangebot für Mittel- und Schwachwindbereich
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Gruppe erweitert ihr Angebot an effizienten Lösungen für Mittel- und Schwachwindstandorte mit zwei Produktvarianten.
Die N131/3900 ist eine erweiterte Ausführung der N131/3600 aus der Produktfamilie der Generation Delta. Mit der N131/3900 hebt das Unternehmen die Nennleistung seiner leistungsstärksten Schwachwindanlage um 8 Prozent an und ermöglicht so Ertragszuwächse von ein bis vier Prozent in Abhängigkeit vom Standort.
Die Geräuschemission konnte, trotz der signifikanten Leistungserhöhung, mit Hilfe von Serrations – Bauteile zur Schallminimierung an den Blatthinterkanten – auf einem niedrigen Niveau von 106,2 Dezibel gehalten werden. Zudem stehen für die Anlage schalloptimierte Betriebsweisen zur Verfügung; sie eignet sich daher auch für schallsensitive Standorte.
Nordex bietet die N131/3900 auf Nabenhöhen bis 134 Meter Höhe an. Ab Januar 2018 wird die Turbine in Nordamerika sowie großen Teilen Europas verfügbar sein. Die erste N131/3900 errichtet das Unternehmen Ende 2017 in Deutschland.
Für Standorte mit mittleren Windgeschwindigkeiten bietet Nordex jetzt ebenfalls die N131/3600 an. Die N131/3600 bietet die Nordex-Gruppe seit Herbst 2016 an, jedoch als Anlage für Schwachwindstandorte. Nun hat das Unternehmen diesen Anlagentyp in der Windklasse angehoben und damit sein Angebot um einen größeren Rotor für Standorte mit mittleren Windgeschwindigkeiten ergänzt.
Die überstrichene Rotorfläche nimmt in dieser Windklasse im Vergleich zur Mittelwindanlage N117/3600 um 25 Prozent zu. Damit ermöglicht die Turbine, je nach konkretem Standort, einen Mehrertrag von bis zu 15 Prozent.
Möglich wurde dies, durch zwei Stellschrauben: Zum einen sind die Turbulenzkurven auf die Zielmärkte maßgeschneidert, so dass die Anlage die Turbulenzanforderungen der realen Standorte erfüllt. Zum anderen ist die Betriebsführung noch intelligenter geworden und ermöglicht zum Beispiel durch eine individuelle Blattwinkel-Kontrolle (IPC) einen lastoptimierten Anlagenbetrieb.
Die N131/3600 ist optimal auf Standorte mit mittleren Windgeschwindigkeiten in Deutschland, Skandinavien und der Türkei ausgerichtet. Die erste Anlage dieses Typs wurde im Januar 2017 in der Nähe von Husum in Deutschland errichtet. Die N131/3600 wird auf Nabenhöhen von 84 bis 134 Metern verfügbar sein. Generell weist die Turbine sehr geringe Schallwerte in dieser Wind- und Leistungsklasse auf: Mit Serrations erreicht sie einen Wert von 104,9 Dezibel.
