ABO Wind verkauft Portfolio mit 100 Megawatt in Frankreich

• Größter Projektverkauf in der Unternehmensgeschichte

• ABO Wind errichtet neun verkaufte Windparks nun für CEZ

• Abschluss ermöglicht tschechischem Versorger Eintritt in den französischen Windmarkt

Wiesbaden (iwr-pressedienst) - Den bislang größten einzelnen Verkauf in der Unternehmensgeschichte vermeldet ABO Wind. Neun Windparkprojekte mit einer Gesamtleistung von gut 100 Megawatt hat der Entwickler an den tschechischen Versorger CEZ veräußert. CEZ gehört zu 70 Prozent dem tschechischen Staat und zählt nach eigenen Angaben zu den zehn größten Energieunternehmen Europas. CEZ betreibt Windparks in mehreren europäischen Ländern - darunter in Deutschland - und steigt nun in Kooperation mit ABO Wind auch in den französischen Windmarkt ein.

Für ABO Wind ist Frankreich nach Deutschland traditionell der wichtigste Markt. In Toulouse, Orléans, Nantes und Lyon beschäftigt die französische Tochter ABO Wind SARL mehr als 50 Mitarbeiter, die bereits knapp 300 Megawatt Windkraft ans Netz gebracht haben. An weiteren Projekten mit einer Leistung von rund 800 Megawatt arbeiten die Kollegen aktuell. Neun dieser Projekte mit 101,8 Megawatt Leistung hat CEZ nun erworben. Die Vereinbarung sieht vor, dass ABO Wind die in unterschiedlichen Planungsstadien befindlichen Projekte in den nächsten Jahren ans Netz bringt und dann auch die Betriebsführung übernimmt. Für die an CEZ veräußerten Windkraftprojekte sowie für weitere 420 Megawatt hat ABO Wind SARL bereits im Vorjahr die erforderlichen Anträge gestellt, um das bis Ende 2016 maßgebliche Tarifsystem zu sichern. Es bietet über das Marktprämiensystem eine inflationsindexierte Einspeisevergütung über 15 Jahre von ca. 80 Euro je Megawattstunde.

While the international hydrogen projects are not expected to be implemented until 2030, a hydrogen pilot project is already underway in Germany. The wind turbine, electrolyzer and hydrogen filling station in Hünfeld in eastern Hesse are due to be connected to the grid in 2025.

ABO Energy's experts cover all stages of value creation in the development and construction of renewable energy parks. They prepare expert reports, handle the approval process and financing and take care of construction and grid connection. ABO Energy handles all steps of project development, from site acquisition to construction. The company acquires projects at all stages of development and brings them to a successful conclusion. In addition, ABO Energy assumes long-term operational management and offers service products such as maintenance, gearbox endoscopies, inspections and repairs as well as technical reports (rotor blade, concrete and drive train reports).
