Nordex Group erhält ersten Auftrag für Delta4000-Turbinen aus den USA
Energieversorger bestellt 74 Anlagen vom Typ N149/4.0-4.5 mit einer Gesamtleistung von 350 MW
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Group hat von einem Energieversorger den Auftrag für den Bau des ersten Windparks mit Anlagen der Delta4000-Serie aus den Vereinigten Staaten erhalten. Das Unternehmen wird 74 Anlagen der Baureihe N149/4.0-4.5 ab Frühling 2020 in einem 350-MW-Windpark in Oklahoma errichten. Die Turbinen werden in diesem Projekt mit Leistungen zwischen 4,0 MW und 4,8 MW geliefert. Der Vertrag umfasst ebenfalls einen Premium-Servicevertrag mit einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren.
„Mit der N149/4.0-4.5 kommt jetzt erstmals eine unserer hoch effizienten Turbinen der Delta4000-Serie in den Vereinigten Staaten zum Einsatz. Diese Anlage ist besonders für Regionen mit moderatem Wind ausgelegt und somit die ideale Turbine für viele potenzielle Projektstandorte in den USA“, so Patxi Landa, Vertriebsvorstand der Nordex Group.
Mit diesem Auftrag hat die Nordex Group seit Einführung der Delta4000-Serie im September 2017 Aufträge für die Errichtung von insgesamt 1.400 MW für die Turbine N149/4.0-4.5 erhalten.
Die Nordex Group im Profil
Die Gruppe hat mehr als 25 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2018 einen Umsatz von etwa 2,5 Mrd. EUR. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 5.500 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien, Argentinien und demnächst auch in Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 2,4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
