Nordex Group erhält im zweiten Quartal 2020 Aufträge über 888 Megawatt
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Group konnte auch unter den erschwerten Bedingungen der Corona-Pandemie im zweiten Quartal 2020 zahlreiche feste Aufträge abschließen. Im Zeitraum von April bis Juni bestellten Kunden 217 Windenergieanlagen für Projekte mit einer Leistung von zusammen 888,0 Megawatt (MW) (Q2 2019: 2.003,3 MW). Der feste Auftragseingang im Bereich Projekte (ohne Servicegeschäft) erreichte damit im ersten Halbjahr 2020 ein Volumen von 2.531,9 MW (H1 2019: 3.038,4 MW).
Der Auftragseingang im zweiten Quartal 2020 entfiel zu 83 Prozent auf Europa, wozu auch Großprojekte in Spanien und Irland beitrugen. Weitere Aufträge kamen aus Brasilien (Region Lateinamerika: 17 Prozent). Das Neugeschäft wird deutlich von der aktuellen Delta4000-Baureihe dominiert: Im zweiten Quartal 2020 entfielen rund 65 Prozent der Aufträge auf die verschiedenen Anlagentypen dieser Plattform, im gesamten ersten Halbjahr 2020 zusammen lag der Anteil bei 79 Prozent.
José Luis Blanco, CEO der Nordex Group, kommentiert: „Die globale Wirtschaft wird weiterhin erheblich von der Corona-Pandemie beeinträchtigt, das trifft natürlich auch auf uns, unsere Kunden und Zulieferer zu. Umso erfreulicher ist es, dass unsere Kunden ihre Projekte konsequent weiterverfolgen und sich auf den weltweit steigenden Bedarf an regenerativer Energie vorbereiten. Entsprechend erwarten wir auch für das zweite Halbjahr eine starke Nachfrage nach unseren Turbinen und Dienstleistungen.“
Die Nordex Group im Profil
Die Gruppe hat über 28 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2019 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 3,3 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 7.500 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien, Argentinien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 2,4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
