Nordex Group erhält im Geschäftsjahr 2020 erneut Aufträge über 6 GW
• Auftragseingang 2020 erreicht trotz Corona-Pandemie nahezu Vorjahresniveau
• Delta4000-Baureihe steigert Anteil an allen Bestellungen auf 81 Prozent im Gesamtjahr
• 4. Quartal mit Aufträgen in Höhe von 2,3 Gigawatt (GW) stärkstes Quartal im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Eine hohe Nachfrage zum Jahresende sicherte der Nordex Group im vierten Quartal 2020 Aufträge über 491 Windenergieanlagen mit einer Gesamtleistung von 2.261 Megawatt (MW) (Q4 2019: 1.477 MW). Im Jahr 2020 erhielt das Unternehmen damit insgesamt feste Bestellungen über 1.331 Windturbinen mit einer Leistung von 6.020 MW und erreichte trotz einzelner Verzögerungen durch die Corona-Pandemie nahezu den hohen Auftragseingang des Vorjahres (2019: 6.207 MW). Der Anteil der effizienten und margenstarken Delta4000-Windenergieanlagen stieg im Gesamtjahr auf 81 Prozent (2019: 44 Prozent). Allein 877 MW der Neuaufträge entfielen auf die erst 2019 eingeführte Anlagenvariante N163/5.X.
Auftragseingang im 4. Quartal 2020
Im Schlussquartal 2020 verteilten sich die Aufträge zu 49 Prozent auf Europa und zu 28 Prozent auf die USA (Region Nordamerika). Mit dem 518-MW-Projekt "Ventos de Santa Eugenia" in Brasilien entfielen 23 Prozent auf die Region Lateinamerika. Die Delta4000-Baureihe machte im vierten Quartal 81 Prozent der Orders aus (Q4 2019: 56 Prozent).
Auftragseingang im Gesamtjahr 2020
Mit Bestellungen für 16 europäische Länder stammten im vergangenen Jahr 59 Prozent der Aufträge (nach MW) aus der Region Europa. Die größten europäischen Einzelmärkte waren dabei Deutschland, Norwegen, Großbritannien, Finnland und Frankreich. Auf die USA und damit die Region Nordamerika entfielen 20 Prozent der Aufträge. Mit Projekten in Brasilien, Chile und Kolumbien kamen 21 Prozent des Auftragsvolumens aus Lateinamerika.
„Bedeutende Großprojekte sowie eine Vielzahl an Aufträgen vor allem aus unseren europäischen Kernmärkten sorgten am Jahresende dafür, dass wir 2020 an das hohe Auftragsniveau aus 2019 anknüpfen konnten. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass sich diese Dynamik auch im neuen Jahr fortsetzen wird. Die Nachfrage unserer Kunden nach effizienten Windturbinen zur klimafreundlichen Stromproduktion ist weltweit ungebrochen“, sagt José Luis Blanco, Vorstandsvorsitzender (CEO) der Nordex Group.
Die Nordex Group im Profil
Die Gruppe hat über 30 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2019 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 3,3 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit 8.400 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 2,4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
