Nordex Group erhält Auftrag über 96 MW in Mexiko
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Group hat einen Auftrag über die Lieferung von 20 Turbinen des Typs N155/4.X in Mexiko erhalten. Der Auftrag umfasst ebenfalls einen zweijährigen Full-Service der Anlagen. Die Anlagen werden in einem projektspezifischen Betriebsmodus von 4,8 MW geliefert, so dass die Gesamtnennleistung des Windparks 96 MW beträgt.
Hinsichtlich des Kunden und des Projektnamens ist Stillschweigen vereinbart worden.
Der Windpark entsteht im Norden des Landes. Der Standort zeichnet sich durch gute durchschnittliche Windgeschwindigkeiten von 8 Meter pro Sekunde aus.
Die Nordex Group wird die 4,8-MW-Turbinen im laufenden Jahr auf 120 Meter hohen Betontürmen errichten, die die Gruppe lokal im Land produziert. Ebenso fertigt die Nordex Group die Rotorblätter lokal in ihrem mexikanischen Werk in Matamoros.

Die Gruppe hat über 32 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2020 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 4,6 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 8.500 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
