Bachmann mit zertifiziertem Schulungsangebot für Zustandsüberwachung
© Bachmann / iStockRudolstadt (iwr-pressedienst) - Der Condition Monitoring-Experte Bachmann Monitoring ist “Approved Training Organisation“. Das Schulungsangebot wurde durch das British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) auditiert und bestätigt.
Das neue zertifizierte Schulungsprogramm von Bachmann wird in voller Übereinstimmung mit ISO 18436 durchgeführt, dem internationalen Standard für die Qualifizierung von Personal im Bereich Condition Monitoring. Nach erfolgreich absolvierter Abschlussprüfung erhalten die Teilnehmer die Qualifizierung als Vibration Analysts. Die BINDT-Zulassung bestätigt die hohe Qualität der von Bachmann angebotenen Schulungen und validiert das Schulungszentrum nach weltweit anerkannten Standards.
Erste Schulungsteilnehmer bereits erfolgreich
Bachmann startete die neuen Approved Trainings in seinem Rudolstädter Trainingscenter mit einem Schwingungsanalysekurs vom 12. bis 16. April 2021. Gemäß den COVID-19-Schutzmaßnahmen konnten fünf Teilnehmer den Kurs persönlich besuchen, der mit einer externen Prüfung endete.
Der Lehrplan wurde rund um die Schwingungsanalyse aufgebaut und basiert auf der ISO 18436-2. Als Qualifikation der Stufe 3 erforderte die Zulassung vorherige Erfahrungen mit Instandhaltungspraktiken, alternativen Überwachungstechniken und Planungsmethoden sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse mehrerer Schwingungsanalyseverfahren.

"Unsere erste Trainingswoche war ein großer Erfolg und wir freuen uns darauf, zusätzlich zu unseren regulären Trainingsprogrammen für Condition-Monitoring-Spezialisten regelmäßige, anerkannte Kurse und BINDT-Zertifizierungsprüfungen der Kategorien 2 und 3 der ISO-Norm anzubieten."
