Nordex errichtet erste N163/5.X Turbine

August 2021 hat die Nordex Group im Bürgerwindpark „Janneby“ in Schleswig-Holstein planmäßig die erste N163/5.X Turbine der Delta4000-Baureihe errichtet. Mit ca. 80 Meter langen Rotorblättern und der überstrichenen Rotorfläche von 20.867 Quadratmetern ist die N163/5.X die zurzeit effizienteste Nordex-Anlage in der 5-MW-Klasse für Mittel- und Schwachwind-Standorte.
José Luis Blanco, CEO der Nordex Group: „Wir haben 2019 die N163/5.X präsentiert, jetzt wie angekündigt die erste Anlage errichtet und die Serienproduktion steht in den Startlöchern. Bis heute haben wir für die N163/5.X bereits Aufträge für 520 Turbinen mit ca. 3,0 GW Leistung von zahlreichen Kunden für Projekte unter anderem in Australien, Brasilien, Skandinavien, Deutschland und Italien erhalten. Das unterstreicht erneut das große Vertrauen in unsere Anlagentechnologie der seit 2017 verfügbaren Delta4000-Baureihe mit ihrer variablen Maximalleistung.“
Für die weltweiten Märkte liegt für die N163/5.X die internationale IEC-Zertifizierung in Form des Design Evaluation Conformity Statements DECS für Nabenhöhen von 118, 148 und 159 Metern vor. Speziell für den deutschen Markt sind auch die Typenprüfungen nach DIBT 2012 für die Nabenhöhen von 118 und 164 Metern vorhanden.
In den folgenden Monaten werden in Janneby an der N163/5.X-Turbine mit einer Nabenhöhe von 118 Metern die erforderlichen Leistungs- und Schallvermessungen und die Validierung der mechanischen Lasten für die IEC-Typenzertifizierung erfolgen.
Die Nordex Group im Profil

Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
