Nordex Group erhält Auftrag über 101 MW aus Irland
• Erster irischer Auftrag mit Turbinen der 5-MW-Klasse
• Erster Windpark mit Anlagen mit 149-Meter-Rotor in Irland
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Group hat einen Auftrag über 22 Anlagen der Delta4000-Baureihe aus Irland erhalten. Für den Windpark „Ardderroo“ liefert die Nordex Group 15 Turbinen des Typs N149/4.X sowie weitere sieben Anlagen des Typs N149/5.X. Der Auftrag umfasst zudem einen Premium-Service-Vertrag der Turbinen über 20 Jahre.
Der Name des Kunden wird auf Kundenwunsch nicht bekannt gegeben.
Das Projekt „Ardderroo“ entsteht im County Galway an der Westküste der Republik Irland. Die Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen erfolgt im 3. Quartal 2022.
In „Ardderroo“ kommen mit den Turbinen des Typs N149/5.X erstmals Nordex-Anlagen der 5-MW-Klasse auch in Irland zum Einsatz. Zudem feiern die N149-Anlagen Premiere auf der grünen Insel: Mit ihrem 149-Meter-Rotor und damit einer überstrichenen Fläche von 17.460 Quadratmetern werden die Turbinen die bisher größten Rotordurchmesser von Windenergieanlagen in Irland aufweisen.

Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 6,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
