Nordex Group erhält Auftrag über 131 MW aus Peru
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Ende März hat der spanische Projektentwickler Acciona Energía der Nordex Group einen Auftrag über 131 MW in Peru erteilt.
Für den Windpark „San Juan de Marcona“ liefert die Nordex Group 23 Turbinen des Typs N163/5.X der Delta4000-Serie. Das Projekt ist der erste Auftrag aus dem Andenstaat für diesen Turbinentyp mit einem Rotordurchmesser von 163 Metern und einer flexiblen Nennleistung in der 5-MW-Klasse.
Acciona Energía übernimmt den Transport und die Errichtung der Anlagen vor Ort. Die Inbetriebnahme der Turbinen auf Stahlrohrtürmen mit 148 Meter Nabenhöhe erfolgt bis Ende 2023 durch die Nordex Group.
Das Projekt „San Juan de Marcona“ entsteht nahe der gleichnamigen Küstenstadt im Distrikt Marcona der Provinz Nasca in der Region Ica im Südwesten von Peru. Durchschnittliche Windgeschwindigkeiten von über 9 m/s am Standort nahe der Pazifikküste sichern eine hohe Stromproduktion des 131-MW-Windparks.
Für die Nordex Group ist es der dritte Auftrag aus Peru. Den ersten Windpark im Land mit 132 MW hat die Nordex Group im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt. Aktuell befindet sich ein weiterer Windpark mit 177 MW in der Errichtung.

Die Gruppe hat über 39 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2021 einen Umsatz von etwa 5,4 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 8.600 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 6,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzter Ausbaufläche und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
