Die Nordex Group hat im September einen Auftrag aus Polen mit bis zu 137 MW erhalten
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Eine Tochtergesellschaft der Ignitis Group, Litauens staatliche Energieholding, hat die Nordex Group Ende September mit der Lieferung von 37 Turbinen des Typs N117/3600 für den Windpark "Silesia 2" in Polen beauftragt. Ergänzend gibt es die Option, den Windpark um eine weitere Anlage zu erweitern. Der Vertrag beinhaltet auch einen Premium Service-Vertrag der Turbinen über 15 Jahre, der eine Verlängerungsmöglichkeit um weitere fünf Jahre beinhaltet.
Die Nordex Group wird die Turbinen für "Silesia 2" auf 134 Meter hohen Stahlrohrtürmen installieren. Die Liefer- und Installationsarbeiten nahe der Stadt Opole im Südwesten des Landes beginnen im Sommer 2023.
Der Windpark "Silesia 2" entsteht nahe des 50-MW-Windparks “Silesia 1”, den die Ignitis Group Ende 2021 ebenfalls bei der Nordex Group mit Turbinen des Typs N117/3600 in Auftrag gegeben hatte.
“Silesia 2” wird nach der Fertigstellung der bis heute größte Windpark mit Turbinen der Nordex Group in Polen sein. Mit diesem neuen Auftrag hat Nordex von der Ignitis Group bis heute insgesamt Aufträge über 340 MW für Windparks in Polen und Litauen erhalten.

Die Gruppe hat über 41 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2021 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 5,4 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 9.000 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 6,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Markt-anforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
