Nordex Group erhält einen Auftrag über 200 MW aus Kanada
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Die Nordex Group hat Ende 2022 einen Auftrag über 200 MW aus Kanada erhalten. Die Nordex Group wird 36 Turbinen des Typs N155/5.X für einen Windpark liefern, dessen Inbetriebnahme 2024 erfolgen soll.
Der Windpark entsteht in der kanadischen Provinz Saskatchewan. Hier herrschen in den Wintermonaten Temperaturen von bis zu –30 Grad Celsius. Deshalb werden die Anlagen in der Kaltklimavariante ausgeliefert, womit die Turbinen auch bei so niedrigen Temperaturen betrieben werden können.
Der Name des Kunden und der Name des Projekts werden nicht bekannt gegeben.
Die Nordex Group im Profil
Die Gruppe hat über 41 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2021 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 5,4 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 9.000 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen vor allem der 4- bis 6,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
