Nordex Group celebrates over 40 GW in Delta4000 turbine sales

© Nordex SEHamburg (renewablepress) - Since the launch of the Delta4000 platform in September 2017 with the N149/4.X, the Nordex Group has now achieved a remarkable milestone: more than 40 gigawatts of Delta4000 turbines were sold globally. This achievement represents 50% of the total sold fleet in the 40 years’ history of the Nordex Group — and it has all been accomplished in just the last eight years.
The Delta4000 series has become the backbone of Nordex Group’s turbine portfolio, offering high flexibility, performance, and adaptability across diverse wind conditions and has proven its value all over the world.
Among the most recent additions to the Delta4000 family, the N175/6.X turbine has already reached nearly 2,000 MW in sales, including first key markets such as Germany, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Latvia. The turbine is available in multiple power modes, including a newly released 7.0 MW variant.
In Germany, Nordex offers the N175/6.X with a range of hub heights of 112m, 179m and 199m and now also with 162 meters, using also its proprietary and also third-party hybrid tower technology.
All Delta4000 turbines offer optimized sound, power, and load profiles for site-specific conditions to ensure high performance with minimal acoustic impact.
