KG have realigned their management structure in response to increasing market demands and the accelerated development of their organizational setup. The objective is to further strengthen the operational performance of both companies and to establish a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

Since October 1, 2025, Heinz-Georg Strickmann has assumed sole managing directorship of both companies. With his extensive experience in sales and business development, as well as his strong understanding of complex market mechanisms, he will drive the strategic development of both organizations and establish new service offerings in the renewable energy sector.

“We are operating in an extremely dynamic growth phase. The new structure provides the necessary momentum to further expand our market position and to offer our customers an even broader portfolio of services,” says Strickmann.

Sebastian Brosch has taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), allowing him to focus more strongly on technical leadership. In this capacity, he is responsible for operational technical management at windpunx and supports the company’s growth plans, particularly in the areas of technical services and quality assurance.

At the same time, Timo Basowski strengthens the management team at solarpunx as Head of Operations. He assumes responsibility for the operational management of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division and focuses on building scalable structures to support further growth.

“For me, operational scaling means creating structures that grow along with the business,” says Basowski.
