Ad-hoc Mitteilung: Dr. Jürgen Zeschky (51) zum neuen CEO der Nordex SE bestellt
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Dr. Jürgen Zeschky (51) wird Nachfolger von Thomas Richterich an der Spitze der Nordex SE (ISIN: DE000A0D6554). Dieses Amt wird er spätestens zum 1. April 2012 antreten. Ein möglicher früherer Start bei Nordex hängt von Gesprächen über seine Vertragsaufhebung bei seinem derzeitigen Arbeitgeber Voith ab.
Der promovierte Maschinenbauingenieur Zeschky ist seit 2003 Chef der Industrie-Sparte von Voith Turbo in Heidenheim, einem Geschäftsbereich mit zuletzt rund 610 Mio. EUR Umsatz und etwa 2.100 Beschäftigten. Zuvor war er für eine Tochtergesellschaft der Siemens-Gruppe in leitender Funktion in den USA tätig.
"Dr. Zeschky bringt das Profil mit, das für die Führung der Nordex-Gruppe entscheidend ist. Er ist ein kompetenter Ingenieur mit hervorragender Expertise in der Antriebstechnik und Kenntnissen im Energieanlagenbau. Zudem zeichnet er sich als international erfahrener Manager aus", freut sich Uwe Lüders, Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der Nordex SE.
Die Neubesetzung an der Nordex-Spitze war erforderlich geworden, nachdem der langjährige Vorstandsvorsitzende, Thomas Richterich, erklärt hatte, seinen im Sommer 2012 auslaufenden Vertrag nicht nochmals zu verlängern.
