Die Nordex Group gewinnt Projekte über insgesamt 108 MW in Griechenland
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Das Neugeschäft der Nordex Group entwickelt sich weiterhin positiv. Jetzt hat der Windturbinenhersteller neue Aufträge aus Griechenland gewonnen. Die TERNA ENERGY SA hat insgesamt 36 Anlagen unterschiedlicher Turbinentypen mit einer Kapazität von insgesamt 108 MW bestellt. Die Aufträge umfassen zudem einen Premium-Service-Vertrag über fünf Jahre, der eine Verlängerungsoption um weitere fünf Jahre enthält.
„Wir freuen uns, dass sich mit Terna Energy der größte Entwickler, Betreiber und Eigentümer erneuerbarer Kraftwerke in Griechenland für unsere Anlagentechnologie entschieden hat“, so Patxi Landa, Vertriebsvorstand der Nordex Group.
Die gesamte installierte Windleistung der TERNA ENERGY Gruppe beträgt derzeit 986 MW. Der Konzern verfügt über Kapazitäten von 561 MW in Griechenland, 293 MW in den USA und 132 MW in Südosteuropa. Gleichzeitig baut das Unternehmen derzeit 301 MW in Griechenland sowie im Ausland. Insgesamt betreibt, baut oder plant das Unternehmen Windparks in der Größe von 1.287 MW in Europa und den USA.
Die Nordex Group hat erst im Sommer 2018 ein Vertriebsbüro in Athen eröffnet. Mit ihrer lokalen Präsenz kann Nordex schneller und direkter auf Kundennachfragen reagieren und auf diese Weise Projekte in Griechenland noch effizienter betreuen.
Die Nordex Group im Profil
Die Gruppe hat mehr als 25 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2018 einen Umsatz von etwa 2,5 Mrd. EUR. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit über 5.500 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien und demnächst auch in Argentinien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 2,4- bis 4,8-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
