Ad-hoc Mitteilung: Nordex SE informiert über potentiellen Auftrag für 1-GW-Windpark in Australien
Hamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Nordex SE ("Nordex" oder die "Gesellschaft"; ISIN: DE000A0D6554) und Acciona Energía befinden sich in fortgeschrittenen Vertragsverhandlungen und stehen unmittelbar vor einer grundsätzlichen Einigung über die Lieferung und Installation von bis zu 180 Windkraftanlagen des Typs Nordex N163/5.X der Delta4000-Baureihe von Nordex für das Windentwicklungsgebiet MacIntyre von Acciona Energía im australischen Bundesstaat Queensland. Zur Projektentwicklung an diesem Standort gehören der Windpark „MacIntyre“ mit einer geschätzten Leistung von 923 MW und der Windpark „Karara“ mit ca. 102,6 MW, so dass die Gesamtleistung, die planmäßig bis 2024 installiert werden und in Betrieb gehen soll, etwa 1.026 MW beträgt. Die Gesellschaft geht davon aus, dass die Verhandlungen in den nächsten Wochen abgeschlossen und definitive Vereinbarungen unterschrieben werden, so dass die Projekte noch 2021 fester Auftragseingang werden. Über die weiteren Entwicklungen im Hinblick auf diesen Auftrag wird die Gesellschaft im Rahmen ihrer üblichen Berichterstattung informieren.
