As one of the founding members alongside Christoph Strasser, Martin has been instrumental in guiding the company through its formative years, establishing its strategic direction, and driving its growth across key markets.

Over the past six years, Martin has led Tion through a period of rapid transformation, guiding the company from its early startup phase to becoming a recognized Independent Power Producer (IPP) and a household name in the energy sector. His leadership has been marked by a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

The decision to leave was made by Martin as he prepares to take the next step in his professional journey. His departure marks the conclusion of a significant chapter in Tion’s history, and the company expresses its deep appreciation for his contributions.
