Stromexport: Deutschland erzielt Rekordeinnahmen
Münster (iwr-pressedienst) - Die deutsche Stromwirtschaft hat im Jahr 2013 mit dem Export von Strom so viel verdient wie noch nie. Deutschland exportierte im abgelaufenen Jahr Strom im Wert von 3,76 Mrd. Euro in die Nachbarländer. Gleichzeitig wurde Strom im Wert von 1,81 Mrd. Euro importiert, teilte das Internationale Wirtschaftsforum Regenerative Energien (IWR) in Münster mit. Die Angaben basieren auf Daten des Statistischen Bundesamtes. In der Gesamtbilanz erzielte Deutschland einen Netto-Exportüberschuss in der Rekordhöhe von 1,95 Mrd. Euro. Dabei kauften die Energieunternehmen den importierten Strom für durchschnittlich 4,9 Cent (ct) pro Kilowattstunde (kWh) ein, im Stromexport wurden mit 5,2 ct/kWh im Mittel deutlich höhere Erlöse erzielt.
Die mit dem Export von Strom erzielten Preise lagen zudem deutlich über den Börsen-Strompreisen am Termin- und Spotmarkt. Stromeinkäufer konnten am Spotmarkt, an dem auch der Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien gehandelt wird, im Mittel für 3,78 ct/kWh einkaufen. „Es liegt zumindest die Vermutung nahe, dass auch teilweise der vom Verbraucher bezahlte EEG-Strom an der Börse von Händlern günstig eingekauft und mit erheblichen Aufschlägen ins Ausland verkauft worden ist“, sagte IWR-Direktor Dr. Norbert Allnoch in Münster. „Nachweisen lässt sich das allerdings nicht, denn der Gesetzgeber hat vorgesehen, dass der grüne EEG Strom an der Strombörse derzeit nur ‘herkunftsneutral‘, d.h. ohne Kennzeichnung, vermarktet werden darf“, so Allnoch.
