Deutsche Windtechnik in Poland: 24 Vestas® V80 units under full servicing
Bremen/Ostenfeld - With the Japanese J-Power company, yet another energy supplier now relies on the service of the Deutsche Windtechnik: Following intensive review oriented to strict selection criteria, J-Power has now commissioned the Deutsche Windtechnik to provide its complete range of maintenance services.The contract, to become effective on 04 May, 2013, includes the complete technical maintenance of a wind park in Poland (Slupsk), with a total of 24 wind turbines of type Vestas® V80. In order to provide optimal support for the turbines, the Deutsche Windtechnik has established its first service station in the neighbouring country.
For the Deutsche Windtechnik the new wind park, with 48 MW, represents the largest interrelated complete maintenance project to date at a single site. Besides maintenance, repairs and upgrades, the contract also covers servicing of the rotor blades by the Deutsche Windtechnik. 255 of the total of 1302 wind turbines serviced by the Deutsche Windtechnik are currently serviced within the scope of complete maintenance. The Deutsche Windtechnik is currently also receiving inquiries from other potential customers.
