德國風場維運領導品牌 在台成立分公司
Deutsche Windtechnik AG gründet eine Ländereinheit in Taiwan und startet mit seinem Full-Service-Angebot im Offshore Windpark Yunlin.

德國不來梅／台灣台北 (renewablepress) - 德唯特股份有限公司持續拓展其全球服務網絡，即將在台成立分公司，首先為雲林離岸風場提供運維服務，負責風機在水上與水下的主要維護工作以及技術管理。在三位專業經理人黎凱 (Carl-Rasmus Richardsen)、Hendrik Böschen及Jens Landwehr的帶領下，新成立的台灣團隊將由約25位專業人員組成，包含維運、環安衛、行政及工作船船員等，大部分都將為台灣人。
總裝置容量達640 MW的雲林離岸風場，預計於2020年陸續完工併網商轉，由德商wpd達德能源集團負責規劃、興建及安裝。達德能源執行董事歐貝合信 (Achim Berge Olsen) 強調，「達德與德唯特在風力發電產業合作多年，如位在北海的Butendiek及Nordergründe離岸風場，而雙方接續在台灣的合作也將展現實質的品質優勢。」
德唯特執行長黎凱表示：「我們隨著客戶的腳步在台成立分公司的事實，代表著德唯特在德國及歐洲所累積的專業實力，幫助客戶也得以在其希望拓展的市場持續成長。客戶對我們所展現出的肯定及信任是德唯特強大的競爭優勢。」
與台灣在地高手攜手打造運維計劃
德唯特將負責雲林離岸風場的技術管理、商務管理及綜合的品質及環安衛管理，此外還有物流管理、包含鏽蝕防護的水下基礎結構維護，以及變電站和基礎轉接段維護。為確保服務品質並符合環安衛要求，德唯特在台招募的維修技術人員不僅將在台受訓，也將在德唯特的歐洲培訓中心受訓。
德唯特目前正與雲林的科技大學商討，將共同發展並執行風電技術領域的學程計畫，以確保在地優秀人才來源。
