Windjahr 2005: Erstes Halbjahr 2005 durchwachsen - Stromerzeugung aus regenerativen Energien steigt auch 2005 weiter an -
Münster (iwr-pressedienst) - In den ersten sechs Monaten des Jahres 2005 lag die Stromerzeugung aus Wind in den Küstengebieten über und im Binnenland unterhalb des 10-jährigen Mittels (1995-2004). Der IWR-Windertragsindex weist für die Küstengebiete bis Ende Juni 2005 im Schnitt ein Plus von 4,9 und für das nordwestdeutsche Binnenland ein Minus von 6,4 Prozent gegenüber dem 10-jährigen Mittel auf, teilte das Internationale Wirtschaftsforum Regenerative Energien (IWR) in Münster mit. "Wir erwarten für das Jahr 2005 wegen des Anlagenzubaus eine Steigerung der Wind-Stromerzeugung in Deutschland auf rd. 30 Mrd. Kilowattstunden," sagte IWR-Leiter Dr. Norbert Allnoch. Damit erhöht sich der Anteil der Windenergie am Bruttostromverbrauch (600 Mrd. Kilowattstunden) auf 5 Prozent. Zusammen mit der Wasserkraft, der Bioenergie und der Photovoltaik erwartet das IWR 2005 erstmals einen Anstieg der regenerativen Stromerzeugung auf rd. 60 Mrd. Kilowattstunden (rd. 10 Prozent am Bruttostromverbrauch).
