Erneuerbare Energien: RENIXX World fällt auf 5-Jahrestief
Münster (iwr-pressedienst) - Der weltweite Aktienindex für erneuerbare Energien, der RENIXX World, ist auf den tiefsten Stand seit Juli 2005 gefallen. Vor allem Verluste bei den Solaraktien haben das regenerative Börsenbarometer auf zwischenzeitlich unter 515 Punkte gedrückt, teilte das Internationale Wirtschaftsforum Regenerative Energien (IWR) in Münster mit. Allein seit Jahresbeginn 2010 hat der RENIXX World mittlerweile über 30 Prozent eingebüßt. Ende 2007 notierte der Index noch bei über 1.900 Punkten.
"Das Marktumfeld für die regenerative Energiewirtschaft ist derzeit schwierig", sagte IWR-Direktor Dr. Norbert Allnoch. Die weltweite Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrise wirkt sich mit zeitlicher Verzögerung auf die Branche aus. Zudem dämpfen derzeit der aktuell niedrige Ölpreis und die Wirtschaftsprobleme in einzelnen Ländern das nationale politische Engagement für erneuerbare Energien und den Klimaschutz, so Allnoch.
