Nordex Group: Erste N149/5.X wie geplant errichtet
- Vorbereitung des Vermessungs- und Validierungsprogramms zur Typenzertifizierung
© Nordex SEHamburg (iwr-pressedienst) - Am 8. September hat die Nordex Group im Windpark Genshagener Heide bei Potsdam die erste Anlage des Typs N149/5.X errichtet. Im Frühjahr 2019 hatte die Nordex Group mit diesem Turbinentyp das Marktsegment der 5MW Anlagen eröffnet. In diesem Monat geht nun wie geplant die erste N149/5.X pünktlich in Betrieb. Nach Inbetriebnahme der Turbine beginnt die Vorbereitung des Vermessungs- und Validierungsprogramms zur Typenzertifizierung der N149/5.X.
Der Standort bietet mit einer Nabenhöhe von 105 Metern gute Bedingungen für die Vermessung der 5,7 MW-Anlage. Neben der Leistungskurve wird die Nordex Group Schallleistungspegel und Netzverträglichkeit der Anlage auf Grundlage der Messwerte im Feld validieren, sodass zum Serienstart 2021 die vollständige Zertifizierung der Anlage einschließlich des Typenzertifikats vorliegt.
Die N149/5.X führt den erfolgreichen Ansatz eines flexiblen Ratings der N149/4.0-4.5 weiter. Die Anlage ist auf maximale Flexibilität ausgelegt und kann je nach Standortanforderungen und Kundenbedürfnissen mit unterschiedlichen Leistungsmodi im 5-MW-Bereich betrieben werden. Um diese hohen Leistungen im 5-MW-Bereich zu erreichen, kommt ein neues leistungsstärkeres Getriebe zum Einsatz und ein hochskaliertes elektrisches System der Delta4000-Produktserie.
Bis heute hat die Nordex Group bereits Aufträge über 800 MW für die N149/5.X seit Markteinführung im letzten Jahr erhalten.

Die Gruppe hat über 29 GW Windenergieleistung in über 40 Märkten installiert und erzielte im Jahr 2019 einen Umsatz von etwa EUR 3,3 Mrd. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt mehr als 7.900 Mitarbeiter. Zum Fertigungsverbund gehören Werke in Deutschland, Spanien, Brasilien, den USA, Indien, Argentinien und Mexiko. Das Produktprogramm konzentriert sich auf Onshore-Turbinen der 2,4- bis 5,X-MW-Klasse, die auf die Marktanforderungen von Ländern mit begrenzten Ausbauflächen und Regionen mit begrenzten Netzkapazitäten ausgelegt sind.
